Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hours notice for any cancellation of an appointment. **Extension appointments must be rescheduled or canceled a week in advance to avoid a rescheduling fee Less than a week notice of cancellation/rescheduling will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment total. Less than 24 hours notice will be result in a charge of 100% of the appointment total.
Please make sure to call or text the day before your appointment in order to avoid any additional fees. By reserving an appointment, you’re agreeing to and authorizing the charge for the cancellation fee.
Less than 24 hour notice of cancellation/rescheduling will result in a charge of 100% of the appointment total. A No-Show fee of 100% of the reservation value of the appointment will be charged to the card on file should you miss your visit without any advance notification.
